Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 15, 2026

This Privacy Policy describes how Dyntechs ("Dyntechs," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, stores, shares, and protects information when you use:

  • Our website at www.dyntechs.comg (the "Website")
  • Our  Dyntechs ERP  web application (the "Web App")
  • Our  Dyntechs ERP  mobile applications for iOS and Android (the "Mobile Apps")
  • Related ERP, delivery, route, and field-service features we provide on web, mobile, and tablet (collectively, the "Services")

By using our Services, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

For questions about this policy or your data, contact us at info@dyntechs.com or support@dyntechs.com.

1. Who We Are and How This Policy Applies

Dyntechs provides enterprise resource planning (ERP) software and related services for businesses, including sales, inventory, delivery, and route management.

Important for business users: If your employer or organization gave you access to Dyntech ERP, your organization is typically the data controller for business and employee data processed in the ERP. Dyntechs acts as a data processor/service provider when we host or operate ERP systems on your organization's behalf. This policy explains what Dyntechs collects and how we handle it across our Website, Web App, and Mobile Apps.

2. Information We Collect

Account information — name, work email, login credentials (stored securely, never in plain text), organization, and role/permissions assigned by your administrator.

Business data — records you or your organization create while using the Services (orders, customer records, operational logs, and similar business data).

Location (mobile apps only) — for users with delivery/field roles, we collect precise and approximate device location, including in the background, only while you have actively enabled active-duty tracking. This is used to share your position with your organization's operations team and support route coordination. Tracking stops immediately when you turn it off, and you control this setting at any time. We do not use location data for advertising and do not sell it.

Camera and photos (mobile apps only) — used for in-app features such as scanning and photo capture that you choose to use. Captured images are uploaded to your organization's system for that purpose only.

Device and usage data — device type, OS version, app version, IP address, and crash/error logs (via Firebase Crashlytics on Android), used for diagnostics and app stability.

Website data — information you submit via contact/demo forms, and standard analytics (pages visited, device/browser type).

3. How We Use Information

We use collected data to operate the Services, authenticate accounts, support field/delivery coordination for users who opt into tracking, maintain security, respond to support requests, diagnose and fix issues, and comply with legal obligations. Marketing communications are sent only with your consent and you can opt out anytime.

4. How We Share Information

We do not sell personal information. We share data only:

  • Within your organization, according to the roles and permissions your administrator sets
  • With service providers who help us operate the Services (hosting, crash reporting, email/support tools, analytics), under contractual confidentiality obligations
  • When required by law or to protect rights, safety, and security
  • In a business transfer (merger, acquisition), subject to this policy

5. Security

We use industry-standard safeguards, including encryption in transit, secure credential storage, and role-based access controls limiting who within an organization can view sensitive data. No system is 100% secure; if you suspect unauthorized account access, contact support@dyntechs.com immediately.

6. Data Retention

We retain data only as long as needed to provide the Services or as required by law and your organization's agreement with us. You may request deletion at any time, subject to legal and contractual retention obligations.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or export your personal data, and to withdraw consent for optional processing. You can control camera and location permissions anytime in your device settings, and disable location tracking at any time within the app. To exercise these rights, email info@dyntechs.com — we respond within 30 days or as required by law. You may also contact your local data protection authority.

8. International Transfers

Data may be processed in countries other than your own, using appropriate safeguards where required by law.

9. Children's Privacy

Our Services are intended for business use and not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children; contact us if you believe we have.

10. Third-Party Navigation Apps

Our mobile apps may open third-party navigation apps (e.g., Google Maps, Waze) at your choice. Those apps' own privacy policies govern any data shared with them.

11. Cookies

Our website uses cookies for essential functionality and analytics. You can control cookies via your browser settings.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy periodically. The "Last updated" date reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance.
